Bio: Amber Garvey holds a degree in Visual Art Education from Indiana University. She has taught in the formal school environment, and has worked for museums, designing educational programs, major public events, and directing exhibit design and build-outs. Her efforts have helped museums win awards for public art commitment. In 2008 she transitioned to the music industry, running the operations of a small independent record label, while also directing a contemporary art gallery and multi-use event space.
